All Modular Homes Are Not Built The Same!
Since we use only the highest construction specifications and materials, you
never pay more to upgrade our quality. Our homes are built to exceed building
codes not to just barely meet the minimum requirements. We never quote prices
using inferior materials just to sound as if we have the lowest price. The
lowest price is not usually the best, its just the cheapest! The best price is
the one that gives you the greatest value.
We give you the greatest value by using only superior construction materials and
including the best service and warranty program in the area, all at a very
competitive price.
When you compare "apples to apples" you will see that we offer you the greatest
value for your home buying dollar!
A Few Of Our Standard Differences:
▲ Foundation walls use
3,000lb. concrete (not the usual 2,500lb. mix)
▲ We pour our walls a minimum of 7'8" ( most
are maximum 7'6")
▲ Basement floors are poured over 10" of
crushed stone (not on backfilled dirt)
▲ We use only plywood (no particle board,
OSB or chipboard found here)
▲ 2" x 6" exterior walls are 16" on center
(2" x 4" walls can not compare)
▲ 2" X 10" floor joist 16" on center (not
the minimum 2" x 8")
▲ Roofs use 5/8" plywood (not 1/2" that
still needs clips for support)
▲ Maintenance-free Alcoa vinyl siding - 50
year warranty (forget painting)
▲ R-19 insulation in walls and floors, R-38
in the ceiling (big energy saver)
▲ Oversized Andersen Tilt Wash Double Hung
energy efficient windows
▲ 3/4 tongue & groove plywood floors plus
1/4" luan under all vinyl (not OSB)
▲ 30 year Owens Corning architectural roof
shingles (not just the usual 20 year shingles)
▲ 200 Amp electrical service (most others
try to get away with 100 Amps)
▲ Front window shutters are always included
(be sure to always check that one)
▲ Six panel Masonite interior doors with 3
hinges (not flush hollow luan doors)
▲ Our standard ceiling height is 8' (not the
usual 7'6")
